Soft and buttery gluten free biscuits.
Eating gluten free breads shouldn't mean sacrificing flavor or texture. My tender gluten free biscuits are full of buttery flavor and pillow soft.
Even people who eat gluten enjoy them. Warm them up, split and pour on the honey.
Or, brown off some sausage patties, fry some eggs, and make yourself a breakfast sandwich.
$10 for 6. More expensive than storebought mix, but I do the cooking (and the cleanup) and these are made with actual butter not shortening.
They freeze decently. I don't think they last as long as regular biscuits in the freezer, but take any you don't want to eat immediately, wrap them in a double layer of plastic, and take out one at a time.
Note: these are made in a kitchen where regular flour is used. These are not certified gluten free, just made without gluten.
