Buttery, sweet, melt-in-your-mouth prailines with that lovely roasted pecan flavor
 
I've never been to New Orleans, but I love their prailines.  I make mine with a mix of brown and white sugar, real butter, and roasted pecans.  When you try one, you'll love them too!
 
A full batch makes about 16 candies.  If you don't want to eat them all in one go, they can be frozen in an artight container and eaten one (or two, or three, or four) at a time.
