Pronounced "Peh Nuch EE" penuche is an old-fashioned treat.
 
Think fudge--a creamy, buttery, melt in your mouth candy--but with the flavor of molassess/brown sugar (and a bare hint of maple) and not chocolate.  Don't worry though, I didn't skimp on the butter and cream!
 
$15 for about 16 2" square pieces.
