Fresh, scratch-made rolls for your holiday dinner, hot out of your oven? Yes, please!
My oat dinner rolls are a mix of oats, white, and whole wheat flour and can be made either with a light touch of molasses or maple. Pictured above is the molasses version. The maple looks about the same, perhaps a bit blonder.
Either way, you get a hint of sweetness, and a plush texture.
I am selling them frozen (and they need to stay frozen til you're ready to use them).
Pick them up, pop them in your freezer, and get them out the morning you plan to eat them. They'll raise in about 5 - 6 hours from frozen in a warm kitchen, and then you can bake them off.
If you want to be fancy with these guys, give them an egg wash and sprinkle of oats to impress your guests.
I'll give you instructions for raising, baking, and topping.
Easiest way to have delicious, homemade, fresh from the oven rolls on the holidays ever!
$7 a dozen. I'll take cash or you can buy here on the web.
