Homemade marshmallows!

My marshmallows are fluffier and tastier than anything you could find in the store.
 
I can make plain, strawberry/lemon, or mocha.  
 
Imagine a mug of hot chocolate with a mocha marshmallow slowly melting.  How about cutting up the strawberry lemon marshmallows to add to your favorite salad?
