All the flavor of an english muffin, but in the shape of sliced bread!
 
Want something that you don't have to split that tastes like an english muffin?  Want to make a benedict sandwich (picture some browned ham and fried eggs between two slices)?
 
This bread freezes well and toasts up beautifully!  Put some butter on this and top that with jam and you'll soon love this bread as much as I do.
 
Recipe makes an 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf (about one pound).
