Want some zip in your sandwiches and foods but still want to be able to taste the food?
 
I pickled and canned a 50/50 mix of cherry peppers, half hot and half sweet.  These are a little hot, but they're not going to sear the inside of your mouth.  They're a great way to add zip to sandwiches, grilled sausage or burgers, or chop them up and add them to things like scrambled eggs (one of my favorites is to add the chopped peppers to a pasta fritatta).
